National Association for Business Resources recognizes the leading risk management solutions provider in a select group of top workplace winners

June 13, 2023
ATLANTA-Riskonnect, the leader in integrated risk management (IRM) solutions, today announces its naming as a Spring 2023 Best and Brightest Company to Work For® in the Nation by The National Association for Business Resources (NABR). Riskonnect was among the Top 101 Highest Scoring Companies in the Nation. This is the fifth year that Riskonnect has earned a national recognition from NABR.

“The expectations for employers to foster an engaging and rewarding workplace are higher than ever. Delivering on these expectations is increasingly challenging in remote and hybrid work environments where teams are dispersed,” said Riskonnect’s Chief Human Resources Officer Kevin Crow. “Riskonnect strives to ensure all employees, regardless of where they’re physically working from, feel connected and have the support they need to continue to grow. We’re thrilled to be recognized among the top employers in the country for that commitment.”

This achievement follows Riskonnect’s recognition as a Best and Brightest Company to Work For® in both Atlanta and Chicago for the fifth consecutive year. The risk management provider was also recently honored for distinguished workplace culture in the United Kingdom by Great Place to Work® UK for the second consecutive year.

“Those companies that made the list of Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® as well as those companies that continue to make the list are truly remarkable. Given today’s need for talent, retention of talent, and the further issues related to the pandemic, these companies have proven they are superior to market conditions. They are elite thinkers, and this honor demonstrates their commitment to excellence,” said Jennifer Kluge, President and CEO of NABR and The Best and Brightest Program.

The Best and Brightest awards program recognizes organizations that embody excellence in human resources initiatives and where employees are armed with the resources to do their best possible work. NABR’s award criteria covers various categories, including compensation, benefits and employee solutions, employee enrichment, engagement, and retention, work-life balance, community initiatives, corporate responsibility, leadership, strategic company performance, and more.
