Fear of failure can paralyze teams and stifle creativity. What if setbacks unlocked growth instead? This webinar challenges assumptions about professional missteps and shows how a ‘fail-forward’ mentality accelerates innovation.

Vanessa shares real-life stories from her own experience and that of other leaders to illustrate how failure can lead to innovation. Learn practical ways to build resilience, adapt quickly, and solve problems creatively in the face of setbacks.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Build psychological safety within teams to encourage calculated risk-taking and promote a culture of innovation.
  • Develop rapid iteration skills that turn setbacks into strategic advantages.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
