Speakers: Jason Mefford, CEO, cRisk Academy | President, Mefford Associates

Are you practicing risk management or risk mitigation? Chances are you are much more concerned about downside risk, while ignoring the real value of management versus mitigation. Have your processes become so austere that you are spending the equivalent of $2 to manage a $1 risk? Whether you realize it or not, you could be wasting millions of dollars each year “mitigating” risk when a holistic approach would lead executives to view risk management as a value-added activity instead of just another cost of compliance.

In this webinar, Jason Mefford, an expert in internal audit, risk management, and compliance, will explain how to:

  • Analyze whether increasing your risk may be your best course of action.
  • Consider the reward against the risk by knowing the right amount to invest.
  • See risk from both sides.
