Jim Wetekamp has more than 20 years of product and leadership experience, most recently serving as CEO of BravoSolution, a Chicago-based cloud procurement solutions company. He joined BravoSolution in 2008 following its acquisition of VerticalNet, his former employer. As that company’s CEO, Jim successfully navigated its sale to an Accel-KKR portfolio company, following years of rapid growth.
Prior to joining Riskonnect, Teri was general manager and vice president of business profitability at Vonage, Inc. Teri also spent over 12 years with Sage, where she held several senior financial leadership positions including: CFO of the Small Business Division and Senior Vice President, North American Controller. Teri has more than 20 years in technology industries and has been actively involved in 15+ acquisition. Teri has her bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance from Loyola Marymount University and her master’s from Kennesaw State University.
Andrea Brody joined Riskonnect in 2018 as Chief Marketing & Product Officer. She has more than 25 years of product and marketing leadership experience for both large and small global software and SaaS companies. Prior to joining Riskonnect, Andrea was CMO at BravoSolution, a strategic procurement solution provider. She has held various marketing, product management and strategic sales leadership positions for companies such as OpenText, MERANT, and GE Information Services. Andrea has a B.S. in Marketing from Smith School of Business, University of Maryland and a M.S. in Information Systems from American University.
Kevin Crow brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience, most recently serving as senior vice president of global human resources at BravoSolution, a Chicago-based cloud procurement solutions company. Kevin has held multiple senior-level human resources roles within the technology and media industries and has an extensive background in talent management, employee engagement, coaching, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, leadership development and organizational development. Kevin holds a B.S. in Human Resources/Business Management from Northern Illinois University.
Madhu Kota has more than 25 years of technology experience. Most recently, Madhu was the CIO of BioIQ, where he managed all aspects of information technology, including IT infrastructure, software development, architecture, and technology governance. Prior to BioIQ, Madhu worked at Fiserv, where he led strategic initiatives in payments technology modernization, product development, and agile transformation. Madhu holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Sri Venkateswara University and master’s degrees from Anna University and Auburn University. He has also completed the executive general management program at Harvard Business School.
Roger DunkinCo-Founder and Senior Vice President, Innovation
Roger Dunkin is a worldwide leader in risk management technology solutions, with more than 20 years of experience serving global organizations and providing solutions that directly and positively affect the bottom line. In his role, Dunkin is responsible for creating and launching innovative, scalable solutions to address challenges in the management of risk facing key global industries. Prior to joining Riskonnect in January 2010, Dunkin served as Chief Operating Officer of Shelter Island Risk Services, a risk technology consultant firm, previously a division of Arthur J. Gallagher and Co. He is the author of Risk Management Reporting Best Practices Guide and Risk Management Data Quality Strategies. He earned his undergraduate degree in Computer Sciences from Berry College.
John Ryan ShawSenior Vice President, Customer Success
John Ryan Shaw brings more than 20 years of experience helping customers to maximize the value they achieve from their business applications. John has most recently served as the Vice President of Customer Success for JAGGAER, a cloud based procurement solutions company. Prior to his role at JAGGAER, John has held multiple senior level positions leading the development of teams in areas such as Customer Support, Change Management, Customer Data Analytics and Educational Services. John’s focus at Riskonnect is on engineering a customer experience that drives ROI at every stage of a customer’s journey towards Integrated Risk Management. John’s undergraduate degree is in Marketing and Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Jim joins Riskonnect from Aon eSolutions, where he was a regional vice president from January 2010 to June 2011. Through this position, Haas headed a sales team that led the world in sales results—doubling sales for the nearest peer group—and earned him the Aon eSolutions leadership award for 2010. Prior to this, Jim had been a territory vice president for Aon since 1998. From 1993 to 1998, he was a claims supervisor and risk manager for Resource Dealer Group. Along with his exceptional sales experience, Jim specializes in construction, retail and financial industry risks.
John CasazzaSenior Vice President, Technical Operations
John joined Riskonnect in 2009, bringing over 19 years experience in advanced application and client server database support, specifically in the risk management industry. John is responsible for the technical and security infrastructure of the organization, specifically server specification, configuration, deployment and monitoring. John previously worked as the client technical services manager at CS Stars, managing their worldwide client technical support team. John earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with a concentration in Finance from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.
Alan FriedmanSenior Vice President, Global Professional Services
Alan joins the Riskonnect team as SVP, Global Professional Services with over 25 years of technology, consulting and professional services experience. Most recently, Alan held multiple roles in the Professional Services organization at Aptos, Inc., delivering enterprise retail software. Prior to that, Alan held executive positions and led delivery teams at QuantiSense, Inc., ChoicePoint, Inc., and EzGov, Inc. Throughout his career, Alan has maintained a focus and emphasis on delivering customer success and speed to value implementations, leveraging data to support decisions, and building repeatable methodologies. Alan earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
