Award Recognizes leading technology provider for creating and maintaining and excellent workplace

September 02, 2021
ATLANTA – Riskonnect, the leader in integrated risk management solutions, today announced it has been named in the annual Best Places to Work in Insurance program. The accolade recognizes the provider for its outstanding performance in establishing a workplace where employees can thrive, enjoy their work, and contribute to the company’s growth.

“Our naming to the Best Places to Work in Insurance is a testament to the passion and commitment of our 500+ employees. They bring the kind of inspired thinking and collaborative spirit that keeps us at the forefront of our industry,” said Kevin Crow, chief human resources officer at Riskonnect. “We strive to promote a rewarding environment that supports and empowers our team to do their best work in helping our customers manage some of the world’s most challenging and complex risks.”

The Best Places to Work in Insurance annual program highlights the agents, brokers, insurance companies, and other providers with the highest levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. The leading employers in the industry are identified through a two-part assessment of each company. The first part is a questionnaire completed by the employer about company policies, practices, and demographics. The second part is a confidential employee survey on engagement and satisfaction.

The program divides employers into the categories of small, 25-249 employees; medium, 250-999 employees; and large, 1,000 or more employees. This year’s report features 100 companies of various sizes, from 25 employees to more than 4,000.

Riskonnect was also recently named a Best and Brightest Company to Work For in Atlanta and Chicago for the third consecutive year. In addition, the company was named a national Best and Brightest winner in 2019 and 2020.
