Riskonnect Finds AI Policies Are Outpacing Employee Training and Agent Risk Assessments
Riskonnect’s survey of more than 250 risk, compliance, and resilience professionals found that 72% of organisations have policies governing employee AI use, but only 46% have trained employees to evaluate which AI outputs to trust or challenge. Just 18% have briefed the entire company on agentic AI risks, and 58% of organisations considering agentic AI have not assessed those risks, exposing a gap between formal oversight and the practical skills needed to use AI responsibly.
