  • Manage Global settings
  • Manage Claims financial settings, including ACH, banks, currency & exchange rates, period types, approvals, batch processing, and indemnity benefits
  • Configure contact field, cross entity, intake body part, employee fields, and state form mappings
  • Manage the various templates, including interview, task, note and reserve worksheet templates
  • Understand all the various regulatory settings for Report of Injury, SEIDRS, 1099 Processing and Integrated Disability Management

This Administration Basics course is ideal for new System Administrators. This 3-hour course covers claims/incident/occurrence and financials settings, mappings, regulatory settings and templates.
