Project Description

Whether or not you emerge stronger from a crisis has less to do with the crisis itself than it does with how you handle it once it arrives.

There are three basic steps to successful crisis management – preparedness, a fact-based approach, and effective communication. This document contains a checklist of questions in each of these areas to help you assess, adjust, and reassess risks, the environment, and your plan of response. The weaknesses you identify in this process are your starting point from which to fortify your defenses, improve your preparedness, and strengthen your resilience.
