Riskonnect Expands Healthcare Capabilities with Addition of Clinical Safety and Risk Management Expert
Riskonnect, the global leader in integrated risk management technology, is increasing its capabilities in supporting its expanding healthcare client base with the addition of Paul Bricker, RPh, MBA to its solutions architect team.

Bricker comes to Riskonnect from healthcare incident reporting system vendor Quantros, where he oversaw the implementation and design of its pharmacy safety solutions and managed key pharmacy client relationships.

He has broad and deep experience in healthcare safety, quality and clinical risk management. He holds a certificate in Pharmacy Informatics from the American Society of Health System Pharmacists and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Riskonnect provides healthcare providers and related organizations with a single, integrated safety and risk management platform to more effectively manage everything from patient, visitor and employee safety reporting, patient feedback, non-clinical rounding, peer review, claims and litigation management and more.

Bricker has a diverse clinical and operational background in healthcare, serving as a U.S. Air Force pharmacy technician, hospital pharmacy director, national disaster medical system pharmacy team lead and clinical and research pharmacist.

In retail pharmacy, Bricker was senior manager and program leader for quality assurance for pharmacy division of Walmart, and served various clinical and leadership roles for Target Pharmacy, Schnuck’s and others.

Bricker holds an MBA from Columbia College and a B.S. in Pharmacy from The University of Missouri – Kansas City.
